      Hi Rebecca. I am not looking for Mileage Points as I am a standby (non-rev) passenger and probably am not entitled to any compensation. Can you please pass this information about my missing bag to a Chiang Mai Korean Air baggage services so they know the details about my missing bag?

    Hi – I travelled to Chiang Mai from Canada and checked one Red sports Duffle bag with a pullout handle. My bag was not loaded in Sea to ICN. Tag no 5006076061
    I am a standby passenger as my wife works for Delta Airlines and I took 4 flights and 4 airlines. Delta in ICN advised me to report my missing bag when I arrive into CNX on Bangkok Airways. When I arrived into CNX, Bangkok Airways did not create a file because I am standby. They did write some info down. My route I flew was:

    YEG-SEA-ICN-BKK-CNX My last 2 legs of my journey were on Korean Air and Bangkok Airways.

    I subsequently, I received a message from Delta in ICN that my bag was to be forwarded to CNX on JIN Air direct from ICN to CNX. I then received another message (after I went to the airport to pick up my bag) that Jin Air failed to load my bag in ICN and they were sending it on KE667/22FEB. ICN-CNX
