Dear Ladies and Sirs,
please allow me, to write you this letter. I hope that you can understand my adequate English. I know that my English is not very good. I also hope that you do not throw my letter immediately in the paper basket. Please take a little time for me.
Since over 40 years I am very very interested in the aviation, the airliners and the business jets. Therefore I collect aviation magazines and –books, aircraft photographs, technical documents about the different aircraft types, aircraft manuals and other relevant things about the aviation, what to get for me.
I not can work in the field of aviation and I not can work unfortunately as an airline transport pilot. In my life there was always a life’s dream of me, a pilot to be. But my dream will always remain a dream and I must resign myself to it. It must be wonderful, as a pilot to sit in a cockpit over the clouds, the best workplace in the world.
Since many years I collect aircraft models of all the different aircraft types. Therefore it is a very big wish of me, to possess such models of your airliners too, especially of the wonderful Boeing 747. I love this beautiful airliner.
I have therefore decided, to write you. I would therefore kind ask and many thousand times, please be so helpful and generous and give and sponsor me
some plastic models (size 1/200) or metal models (size 1/400) of your airliners,
especially of the Airbus A380 and of the Boeing 747 and possibly further models.
Please be so kind and do sponsor me these models. I would be very happy, if I could possess they.
Please pack up the models into a very big and very hard carton, so that they models cannot become damaged during dispatch. I would be very sad, if the models are damaged.
I hope that you do not disappoint me. Please do fulfill my wish. I would be very happy and thankful, if you would realize my wish.
