Good morning I am requesting an email confirmation please regarding a flight that my husband and I have on the 23/12/22 from Manchester to Auckland with Korean Air.

I was sent an email by you on 02/08/2022 stating there had been a scheduled change to our flight KE6394 with this new flight time we arrived in Paris an hour after our connecting flight to Seoul KE902. This of course was impossible. I was told by Korean Air that any changes has to be done through the agent we booked through I have phoned the agent repeatedly they promise to organise the flight changes but have not done so. I have now had an email from them on 16/08/2022 to say that Korean Air have cancelled the flight and I needed to apply for a refund.
This morning when I phoned your office I was told that the flight was live and had not been cancelled.
Please can you send me written confirmation regarding this flight status.
I would appreciate it being sent as soon as possible please
