My mileage for my trip from Los Angeles to Manila on August 22, 2017 was not credited to my account and that of my wife. Our boarding pass are no longer available. We are concerned these will be the case on our return flight to Los Angeles on Dec 20, 2017. In my case the reason could be my name in my flight ticket Nilo Imperial doesn’t agree with my Skypass name Nilo Espiritu Imperial. Please make the necessary correction. Thank you.

I had a flight to New York City by Korean Airlines last December 12, 2017 at 12.30 pm with booking reference no. QU4Z3Z with return flight on December 19, 2017. However, I wasnt able to fly because 4.5 hours before the flight I had my first attack of vertigo with severe dizziness and vomitting. Unable to move I decided to cancel my flight. The doctor advised me to take a rest for few days. Medications given. Can I request for a refund on this? What are the requirements needed? I would appreciate your immediate reply on this matter. Can I also have your customer support email address? I emailed my concern to [email protected] but i received a reply from [email protected] unable to deliver my message. Thanks.

I am an elderly who needs wheel chair assistance during my flight itinerary. I am trying to request for wheelchair assistance online but to no avail. How can I submit my request since I cannot reach you through your published contact numbers. I also sent an e-mail and private message but no response too. I also encounter a problem on my e-ticket on my departure date from Manila on June 23, 2018, which stated cannot be found. However, in my search for my e-ticket on departure @JFK NY on October 6, 2018, it indicated my previous e-ticket number on departure in Manila which matches with my printed e-ticket. Will I still encounter a problem upon presentation of my e-tickets in the airport?

My sister Helen Aro Van Belle arrived on board your Ke 623 at 10:15 p.m. from Inchon at the Manila international airport. When trying to retrieve her check in luggage there was a delay of over one hour until finally she was informed that her luggage was still at the Inchon airport but she was promised it will be delivered today Aug. 14, 2018.. Your people at the airport called her 3 to 4 times to assure that delivery of the luggage will be done today. It is now 7p.m. and the luggage has not been delivered. Are you going to help? will you answer for the irreparable damage caused to her?

I stopped at Inchon,Seoul for my transfer bound for USA.I was boarding the plane when I was singled out by one employee asking irrelevant questions like if I had bought something from the duty free, and the way she was talking to me was offensive to a paying customer. This procedure is prejudicial and unethical and offensive. And I have decided to stop using Korean Air for my future travel.

  • Alma Ner

My name is Alma Ner. I had a very unfortunate encounter with your staff in your NAIA Terminal 1 office last Feb 26 around 3pm. I went to your office to see if they can offer me to change my return flight going back to FL on 2/26/20 since Incheon South Korea was declared to be in alert level 3 due to Corona Virus. I waited to be assisted in your office, your staff said the supervisor will assist me. I waited for 15 mins thrn suddenly the lady who is wearing gray shirt with straight hair talk to me, without even gaving eye contact. She said there is nothing that can be done for me. She further said, no instruction was given to them by Korean Air to assist passenger for the flight. It was ironic because I can hear all the staff in NAIA are telling me that South Korea is banned already.. So this lady who is supposed to help me, did nothing.. So, I have no choice but to get a new flight avoiding Korea. And I asked the Korean staff if I could use the New York to Tampa flight in my Korean Air reservation and she said, I need to be the one to coordinate with Delta. Delta office is in the other terminal. I have no phone and she did not even offer to assist me to call them. It was very disappointed with your staff customer service. I remember her face so well. I sm sending this rmail to the Korean Air corporate staff for follow up investigation. Iā€™ll be asking for refund if my return ticket. I just went to Philippines for my sisterā€™s funeral and this incident did not help my emotional stability.
