Good morning , I cannot get any response from Korean Air to my request to have my departure for Paris CDG > Brisbane date changed . I have tried ringing with no luck and I have tried emailing but finding a “reservation email ” address is near impossible , so I tried this site and so far nothing , two days have passed . We have booked flights to Sydney with KLM and Korean Air, departing Aberdeen 19 December Sun 20 Dec 2020 15:40
Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN). As I am Skypass member we are travelling Business Class and are trying to reserve sets.
We should be grateful if you could please advise how we may reserve seats.
Also we flew back from Sydney at the end of February and was wondering if we can claim back air miles.

I flew Korean air to Brisbane las year and was really very happy with the service. However I paid an overnight in Seoul because I couldn’t find where to book the free hotel over night. I went to Korean air customer service and they had no idea of this service. does anyone know how to book this..?
