It’s very hard to understand your customer service representatives (with Indian accent?). And they try to speak fast so the more you can’t understand them…that’s why we have to keep asking them to repeat what they said. I’m sorry but sometimes it gives me a headache tryng to figure out what they said. People in customer service esp international level should be able to speak clear English in a way that’s internationally acceptable..and not in a way that it’s the people who should be adjusting to their accent. I’m sorry but there’s a lot of information missed because you’re running out of patience straining your ears just to understand them and you’ll just hang up because you’re getting a headache already.

I received an email from the Travel agency, CheapOair informing me that there is a changes on my flight schedule but not detailing what was it. When I made a chat with the agents from CheapOair name of Darwin and Mayra which did not help me with my concern. They told me to wait for a call from the Airline regarding about information for 4-5 days. My flight is on the 11th of March and I would not wait until the day of my flight. I always book round-trip tickets each year from the U.S. where we visit, back to the Philippines where we live. the flight from Cebu to Incheon was scheduled for flight KE 632 departing at 01:00 (local time) on April 29, 2020. I received email showing that the flight had been changed to flight KE 660 departing at 09:50 (local time) on April 29, 2020 from Bangkok (BKK/Suvarnabhumi). We live in the Philippines, not Thailand. Was this a mistake that was accidentally entered? It also shows the changed flight (KE 660) from Bangkok arriving at Incheon at 17:35 local and the connecting flight departing at 16:00 Local, or 1 1/2 hours before the arrived of the flight from Bangkok.
