1. If I don’t have luggage, Is it possible ticketing Kuwait airways ticket without check out in the Suvarnabhumi Airport?
2. If cannot, Please let me know that how to transit Eastar Air to Kuwait airways within 2hours (from arrive to departure time)

I have tried your Bangkok office many times, sent emails to customer services in Kuwait that referred me back to Bangkok and so far now nearly 2 months , nothing.
It’s not I stress NOT the service I would expect being an international traveller on many airlines. So far this has to be the most stressful.
