- This service needs to be booked minimum 48 hours prior to departure.

My E-ticket number is 229-2986645736 and 229-2986645735. we should have a connecting from kuwait to Alexandria but our flight got delayed. We spoke to the airlines from dubai they said that they will take care when we reach to kuwait, but when we reach to kuwait they said its another airline and i have to book another flight! what kind of service it is! it is not our fault and they did not even compensate or even give us a hotel where to sleep. Our flight has a connecting flight so it s not our fault that the airline in dubai got delayed. We booked another flight because the customer service in kuwait said its not the same airline. You should compensate our ticket and pay all the expenses.
