    In September 2019 due to Latam website malfunction i purchased 2 tickets for LHR (UK) to GRU (Brazil) when only one was required.
    at that time i contacted Latam and was assured that a refund for Ticket No 045-2110055769 would be credited to my Credit Card within 45 days. No refund was received within this period and a case was raised with Latam customer Care ,Case No 18228369.
    Despite numerous phone calls to customer care on a regular basis i get the same information which is the case is being escalated and i would receive updates on the situation.
    Now 6 months on i receive no update information and no refund.
    Can you please advise me of the situation and tell me when i can expect the refund.you have my credit card details and i have previously supplied my full bank details.
    As a last resort can you please advise me of your legal departments address in order that i can take legal action if there is no resolution

    I have been on hold for a long time. I called 4 times and was dropped the first 3 times trying to reach your Help Line. Now I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes and still no response. This is very bad service!

    My son and I had a flight connection from Florianopolis to Sao Paulo to get a flight back to Newark,NJ.
    at the airport in Florianopolis Latam charged us R$763.87 each, even so we explained that the luggage was included with our United airfare.
    Latam wouln’d not give us the boarding pass until we paid the fee. I am very desappointed with Latam and request a refund. I can supply all the documents related to our flight.
