I am waiting 3 day for someone to get back to me about rescheduling my mother inlaws flight from Rio!! I was hoping she could have flowen last night to be here in time for her grasnd sons graduation but it is to late now!! I have checked the web sit for updates on her case but it just said it is in process?
Can you help and get her flight re scheduled asap ? she is old and not great health My wife would like to see her before she dies.

Purchasing a LATAM ticket via Delta is possibly the worst! If you want customer service, forget it. You will never get someone here. There website is from the last century, no way to even find your reservation. No matter what reservations code I enter I cannot find my reservation. I have been calling for 3 days to find my options for upgrade to business, NO RESPONSE. Thanks LATAM this will be the last and the only time. Worst possible airline service in history.
My suitcase was invaded and items stolen on my latam flight from JFK to Santiago on Oct 25 (landing on the 26th). Was not certain I did not pack them so waited until the return 2 days ago to make sure I had packed them. They were not with my things, so they had been stolen by Latam personnel. My reservation number was KFXJTS.
The items stolen included one UV protected shirt and a small box with a toy inside. The total financial value of the two is approximately $125 but the shirt was to provide protection against the sun in Argentina (we continued to Cordoba on our Latam flights) and present for grandchildren, and the nonfinancial value of not giving it to them cannot be tabulated.
Needless to say my opinion about flying on Latam has changed from satisfactory to most unsatisfactory.
I have a case with LATAM # 46094636 it is a REFUND overdue many months. I am keeping calling LATAM. I had talked with 30 different customer services.
Waiting for a solution, meanwhile I will be calling everyday.
