Complaint to Bamboo airways Carbin crew BAV3743 Hoang Tuan Son, this person was insulting and abused the people in Sydney airport. He was emotional during the conversation and used dirty words to abuse people by discriminating against their personality, such as a person like him, how can we trust Bamboo airline company, and how come Bamboo airways hired emotional staff like Hoang Tuan Son? This will be caused very dangerous to customers and have safety issues for all customers on that flight.
I suggested that Bamboo airways pay more attention to this person (BAV3743 Hoang Tuan Son), who is not qualified to work in an aeroplane and request to consider his attitude before returning to work.
There has been absolutely no communication from bamboo airways to the 2 emails I sent
