Travel during pregnancy in Loganair:
- Expectant mothers can travel in Loganair till 28 weeks. After that the medical certificate is required for the travel.
- Travel is not permitted after 36 weeks or within 7 days of the expected date of delivery.
- Travel from Orkney, Shetland, the Outer Hebrides and Islay is permitted after 36 weeks under a medical professional’s instructions. The instruction must have been issued within 7 days of travel stating that the passenger is fit to travel.
- New mothers are recommended not to travel within 7 days of giving birth.
