I flew from Frankfurt to Chicago on 13 Sep 2017 on LH 0432 in seat 9C. I accidentally left my laptop computer in the seat compartment. The computer is a black Dell computer and has a “Property of AbbVie” sticker. I have left multiple messages with the Chicago Baggage service (773) 686-5802 and 800-645-3880 with no responses. Can someone please help me? My company wants to know the location of the computer, and if possible, returned to me.

I dont have an american number so I cant call the office. I am looking for my bag with bag tag LH010288. It has been gone for over five days. And according to the email I got it arrived to Chicago July 15 but I haven’t heard something more than that. And the bag is supposed to fly to Oklahoma. Is there any change that the bag can be found? I booked a ticket from gotogate,com for lufthansa flight going from chicago ohare to frankfurt for me and my wife ie 2 tickets. My wife had an emergency and left chicago before the flight date and was supposed to come back with me on the returned ticket and i felt seek and was hospitalized in wisconsin hospital and unfortunately i tried to contact the airline for necessary changes and Lufthansa denied ever having anything to do with the agent but using your platform and airline to scam people from greece.The agent has no working phone number nor do they replied emails but when i called lufthansa they gave me a greece phone number that are not meant for customers to see or call.
i succeeded in calling and being on hold for 2hrs before i can talk to a human being, The Indian scammer that pick up the phone said that my wife ticked is gone,money gone,no exchange of ticket whatsoever, I need to pay an extra $210 to change my date,He sent me a link to pay and change my ticket after confiscating my wife ticket and money with no conscence.i paid this $210 to change my date and to crown this scamming deal with gotogate travel the guy called me after an hour demanding another $180 which i said over my death body to pay, Now i lost my wife round trip ticket with no explanation,paid extra $210 to change my dates and demanding extra$180 for nothing.
How can you generate an invoice get paid and demand more? who is a fool here? How can luthansa allow this scammers to operate in their platform? Is lufthansa part of the scam? I will be traveling on Lufthansa from RDU to Cairo, my transit will be in Chicago, and Frankfurt.
– What type of PCR test is required and accepted?
– If I am fully vaccinated and I have a soft copy of my certificate on my mobile, would that be accepted and so won’t need the PCR test?

My baggage was not unloaded properly from the plain at Chicago airport. It didn’t reach baggage claim but definitely was and still is at the airport. I was flying LH434 at 13.08.2023. I can’t reach Lufthansa baggage service at terminal 5. Also not getting any assistance from Lufthansa service center. Can I get any assistance here? My baggage tag is lh414157. I know that all baggage’s from this flight are stored in Lh baggage service in terminal 5.
