I checked on MOnday 22nd June 2020 on the 7:30am Aer Lingus flight from Dublin to Manchester. The person at the check im desk was extremely rude and unprofessional and treated me horribly. HE asked about a VISA i did not need and instead of just advising me to book a return ticket because I can only stay 6 months in UK, he gave me a bad attitude.
I felt very scared to say anything about the way he treated me in fear that he wud make my procedure difficult.

I buy tickets for me, my husband and my son with Lufthansa from Dublin to Zagreb. We are travelling to Munich. When I want to buy a ticket for my small dog, from customer services, I get the information that I can buy the ticket for the dog from Dublin to Munich, Munich to Zagreb, and return flight Zagreb to Munich, but Munich to Dublin I cant!!!!! I cant travelling with my dog but Lufthansa is pet-friendly!! How?? My dog is born in Ireland, and I can’t bring him with us. My son is very disappointed, me too! Is anybody know the reason for my situation?? I think that must go on TV or Newspaper!!

Terrible customer service. Unable to rebook a flight they cancelled. I kept being put on hold and then nobody gets back to me. This is an outrageous behavior. Sometimes when I finally get on the line after 20 minutes in the Q, there is silence on the other side. Just terrible and extremely unprofessional!
