Is it possible to change from January 6 flights 9443 (Florence – Munich 6:45) and 99 (Munich – Frankfurt 9:00) to the 7:20 flight from Florence to Frankfurt without any extra charge for both James Hauger and Ryan Rainey? We are willing to give up first class for economy if first class is not available for the 7:20 flight.
I flew from Florence Italy to Singapore (via Frankfurt) on 15th July (LH317 and LH778) but my luggage did not arrive in Singapore. I have extremely important and urgent documents in my luggage yet nobody in Lufthansa will even speak with me about it. The Singapore office says I have to call Changi Airport Lost & Found (I have tried but they can’t reach anybody at Lufthansa either) and the Florence Office does not answer any calls from me.
Please can you help me to find my luggage which also has several sentimental items and important items such as my glasses.
