    Inflight service is “OK”, but 3rd World Airlines offer better ground service than Lufthansa. You can take a nap waiting for a telephone line to be answered. Website needs MASSIVE improvement to be user-friendly. Overall a sloppy & unprofessional operation. A true embarrassment for an airline identified as a “National” carrier for Germany.

    It is the worst service ever with customer service and providing the services .My son is traveling as a minor ,I purchased the assistant for him to travel from Hamburg to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to Houston . They didn’t give him that service in hamburg and set him for different flight to Frankfurt . I cant believe this . I called since 2.00 am to now 8:00am to track him . All phone calls answer from Philippine and they are such useless service and such robot to read the same instruction and some hang up .Phone Number is in NY just recording and Lufthansa will answer me within 30 days . Such shameful service . I am concerning for my son safety at this moment and no one ,Again No one is answering and no one care . This is the last time I am going to use Lufthansa and of course I will share my experience to whoever I know .

    pls am in Nigeria my mom is supposed to leave Houston for Nigeria yesterday but missed her flight because of her expired Nigerian passport but she has her American passport pls I want to know why she was not allowed to travel as she is a dual citizen and also cost to reschedule her flight

    Worst airline I have ever dealt with.I have spent weeks trying to get a refund on my credit card for 3 reserved seats that I booked on my Visa card 1/25/2020 that they charged on my card that day. Now since 4/3/2020 I have been trying to get my refund with many calls to do so and many promises and excuses as to why the delay. Lufthansa is quick to charge your card and SLOW to refund you. Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with.

    Our flight for Jun 3, 2020 is cancelled due to COVID-19 soituation and I’ve been trying for the past two weeks to contact Lufthansa customer service center on 8006453880 to get a refund on our $4000 worth tickets but without any success whatsoever. I literally spent over 10 hours all together and they are simply not picking up their phones. In the past 4 days I also sent 4 emails and still no replies from Lufthansa.

    I find it absolutely ridiculous for such a big company to be doing all this. I think my option will be to report this issue to authorities in charge.

    Bottom line is I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever fly with Lufthansa, it is not worth the hastle. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

        Every time I call and try to talk to the lost baggage contacts, we hold on for over an hour then they disconnect. We have to start all over again. This has happened multiple times. Some of the agents have just hung up on us. Very poor customer relations. We are still looking for our lost bag. 3 of the 4 bags have finally been returned but no one can tell us where the last bag is. The last missing bag tag number is # UA509812, The reference #ATHLH28411. Please send me some kind of update as to where my bag is. The last information I could get was that the bag was on a flight from Frankfurt on 5/17/2022 on flight # LH418. Please let me know something.

    Extremely terrible staff without knowledge.
    Our flights depart July 15 2021. My kids passport expires Jan 16, 2022 which is exactly 6months snd they said that’s less than 6months and denied us boarding. They didn’t mark us no show or rescheduled us. They told us to call customer service snd they didn’t reschedule our flight because the airport staff didn’t leave remark on the reservation.

    After spending 18k USD on a flight. I am never flying with this airline again. They also gave us issues in May but I already had July flight booked. The manager at the counter is just an evil agent of darkness

    Benn trying to recover my lost luggage for three days. Filed all of their forms and they finally said they found it but won’t or can’t tell me where it is! The Houston office is a mess. Tried calling baggage services telephone contact numbers listed on their Houston Office website and they told me it’s a reservation # despite the number being listed as baggage services. Gave me another # that doesn’t answer. What a bunch of incompetent people. I hope their pilots know what their doing!:

    I arrived with missing luggage Feb 12 they were found but still I do not have them. I am waiting for them I have no clothes and other nessecery items. Your telephone services does not answer the web tracking is says it is on the way to my address. They supposed to be delivered Feb 13 it is 8:30 pm and still no contact via email or phone.
