    dear sir/madam,
    my children and I are going to fly to vancouver by lufthansa airline from istanbul in september 26 ,my children have study permit from canada and I have visitor visa. As we are Iranian and we are flying from istanbul to vancouver, is there any possibility that they prevent us from the flight?

    I couldn’t find any Emil address to contact Lufthansa in Istanbul , So I have to leave this message .
    would you please help me.

    I have Iranian Passport and I have valid multiple visa of Canada.
    I want to travel by Lufthansa airline from Istanbul to Toronto and I have one stop in Frankfurt.
    Do I need transit Visa for Frankfurt ?

    My flight was at 5 am to the US from Istanbul through Frankfurt I had a problem was caused by the reservation agent and the airport clerk did not know how to fix or help!!!
    for lack of knowledge of ticket recalculation to finish it .

    This great man being the Manager of lufthansa Istanbul new airport counter came and asked to know what was going on and why I am forced to be late to check in for the flight ?
    It was some kind of bearucratic problem which was going to cost me my flight and
    rent a car then go back to hotel for a day or two let alone the the cost and the delay since my clients are waiting in
    America !
    He just finished it in one word
    and then he said to me :
    “Lufthansa is not about money only ..ok ..go to your flight and we can take care of that later ”

    I have been flying Lufthansa because I believed its one of the best if not the best airlines out there !
    I used it for 40 years and I am almost 60
    This is how we want airlines to act not as company making money only ..thanks
