    I left my mobile phone (i-phone) in the aircraft /flight no. LH 0713 departuring from Incheon airport South Korea arriving at Frankfurt Airport.
    The arrival time and date was around 18:20 on 22 Dec. 2018.
    The lost thing is i-phone on the selfi stick (in black collar). My seat no. is 82K(window side) business class.
    I made transit at Frankfurt Airport to Lisbon by LH1172 at around 21:00 on 22 Dec. 2018 2.
    I reported my lost to Lufthansa staff at Gate A26. But he said I should report to Lisbon airport service desk.
    Help me to find my phone please

    Ola – just waited 30 min in the hotline to ask if I can do a Covid test in the airport in Lisbon. THe woman on the phone repeated 2 times that I need a test without telling me if I can do this test in the airport (which was my question) and than hang up – amazing service Lufthansa!

    It is impossible to talk to Lufthansa in Portugal (the number on the net has been changed apparently and the recording – only in Brazilian Portuguese ?!, is not correct = not attributed according to the ‘phone company).
    The German number, after 10 minutes of yapping in German (on an international line?) tells you that no operator is available.
    The chat line does not understand the simplest question. “I have booked a flight with Lufthansa from Lisbon” “Sorry I didn’t get that” !!!!
    How can I talk to someone about my flight?

    I have a ticket PHKDUD from Faro on Dec 6 via Lisboa to Frankfurt and finally to Gothenburg, Now my plans have changed and I will initiate this travel in Lisboa instead of Faro and will check in in Lisboa on LH6959 and NOT IN FARO AIRPORT.
    Will there be a problem at check in in Lisboa due to my changed travel plans and not using the ticket for the first leg ?
