Could you check to see if you have a black and white small suitcase at the Los Angeles airport. United Airlines lost it and flew it on flight 456 to LAX on September 12, 2017. I am still waiting for my luggage and need my belongings.
I think that I left two pair of my prescription glasses in the cabin when leaving the flight at LAX. Flight #452 from Munich, departed 11:50am, arriving 3:25 pm at LAX. I recall removing them from my purse while packing for disembarking at seat #4 A and must have left them there.
First pair are Rayban tortoise shell frame, dark prescription lens, in a black cloth case.
Second pair are tortoise shell frame, clear prescription lens, in a white cloth/black dots case.

Hello, I have a lost personal item. I have called the 877-234-3449 number with no results as of yet. I would like to get a message to the cleaning crew. I lost a black pouch with an iPad, power banks, and cords on April 3, flight 456 from Frankfurt to LAX in seat 7K. It should be pushed way back on the floor where the feet go and storage. The cleaning crew are probably missing it since it is pushed all the way towards the back. The number I call cannot get a message to them, they just report if it is found. Can you please help me. I can go to LAX when the plane lands. Whatever I need to do. Thank you for your help. We truly had a wonderful Lufthansa experience and look forward to traveling with you again.

Hooray for Lufthansa. My forgotten personal item was found and turned in at the LAX office. It did take four days and a few calls to 877-234-3449. The people who answered were very helpful and said to call in everyday to check. They then gave me an id# and the phone number for the LAX lost and found for Lufthansa: 310-590-3798. When I called there, I was put on hold while she went and personally checked. I’m bringing cookies! Very helpful people! Just be patient and call in every day to check.

I called Lufthansa lost and found and was told that they found my iPad and gave me an ID number to claim it and a phone number for LAX. I think the phone number she gave me is a fax number 1-310-646-7150 so I could not get through to Lufthansa lost and found at LAX directly. Dear LH-Team Los Angeles,
due to corona my flight on Thursday 19.3.2020 has been cancelled, a LH flight, operated by American Airlines. I found advice on the webpage to contact the service in Germany or Los Angeles. in both offices under given number nobody pick up the phone, not even a queue is running at the phone.
No alternative for re-scheduling my flight has been given. The only solution was offered to me to cancle my ticket.
Now, in the internet I find flights that can be booked at LH from Los Angeles to Frankfurt, operated by American Airlines, exactly what I had already in my ticket that has been cancled by LH!!!
What is going on? This is not undesrtandable, neither that absolutely nobody of LH neither in Frankfurt, nor in LA is picking up the phone, but as mentioned in the web page, for further action it is necessary to call the service center!!!

Did they ever get in touch with you? My flight was cancelled and they promised me a full refund in 7 days. That was 11 days ago. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone.
Did either of you ever get your refund? I’m in the same boat & have been fighting Lufthansa for the past 15 months to get my refund for a May 2020 COVID cancelled flight. They are 100% legally required to give me my money back, but they given me every excuse & delay in the book, to NOT refund me. I was thinking about going to the ticket counter at LAX, and hoping an in person visit would finally result in getting my $$$ back, but do they have staff @ the counter 24 hours/day????

Arriving at LAX, I left something on a plane. I have spend much time online to find a Lufthansa Phone number to inquire about this, without success. I tried life chat and was told that my position was 151! That is totally unacceptable, considering that I paid a lot of money for a business class ticket.
