    i have a lebanese passport and a tourist visa to canada (both valid)
    i was supposed to come to montreal today on the flight LH478 from frankfurt coming from beirut (to visit my sister)
    i arrived to frankfurt after filling the application Arrivecan (double dose vaccinated and having in addition a negative pcr test)
    in frankfurt they didnt allow me boarding in the plane to montreal :
    the reason was:
    sputnik vaccine is not recognised and the pcr is not valid for non residents
    my objection is :
    why i was allowed to board from beirut airport and the application Arrivecan was filled and i could submit the infos?
    it was the most humilating situation i faced in my life and i had to run to catch the plane back to beirut to not get more stucked in this loop of nonsense covid laws ?
    and even i couldnt have my luggage back which stayed in the plane to montreal
    why the customer has to pay the price for the lack of coordination between airlines (cz the lufthanza was not in the system at the first boarding from beirut)
    i feel victimised by the lack of professionalism in dealing with the customer services and i lost trust in the airlines company therfore I ll expose my story on the social medias if i m not answered to my exposed problem?
    i ask for reimbursement and how to getr my luggage from montreal if my sister cannot get it?
