    Treated very badly – We booked tickets in February 2018 for trip in June 2018 on return flight we were told we had no seat!!! And we were involuntary denied boarding Lufthansa rep at boarding gate issued us with compensation vouchers and told us they were as good as cash DO NOT believe this they are lying – we were told to go to Lufthansa office and we would be issued with 500 euros in cash THAT WAS a BLATANT LIE !!! Once you go to the office you have gone through security and cannot go back to gate – the staff at the office said that they would never give out cash and that we would have to deal with airline BMI direct – the woman at the gate would have known this and just lied and told us about the cash to get rid of us – did she not think that we would not complain? – she also promised that our luggage would be transferred to new flight another LIE!!! – we are now home our luggage never left Munich we are still waiting for our luggage to be returned!!!!! Lufthansa lie and our incompetent

    Lost a brown leather business card wallet (Approximate dimensions — 9.5 cm x 5.5 cm x 1 cm). It was left on Lufthansa flight LH437 from Chicago ORD to Munich MUC (Seat 42H/10D). Flight arrived at MUC at approximately 10:05 am on 17.09.2018. Inside are mine and my wife’s Indiana driver licenses and other identification items.

      The worst airline ever, no service at all in Munich and Tel Aviv airport, lost luggage, disaster customer service , huge mess and chaos, not to mention horrible experience on board.
      No Lufthansa representation in Tel Aviv ( the only airline) , zero communication with zmunich as Munich airport office closed too , impossible to find our lost luggage and even if there was a next flight to Tel Aviv from Munich the airline did not load our luggage

      Arrogant and not knowledgable customer service.

      We called France Lufthansa luggage center and its a real disaster, people working there are aggressive and arrogant.

      Lufthansa today is a shame not an airline

    I have been trying numerous times to find out if we need a Covid 19 test to be able to board Lufthansa flight # 452 from Munich to Los Angeles. This seems to be impossible. All the response we get is from a lady who has a very strong accent, very hard to understand, that she does not know and to call our embassy. Rather rude. She was very unhelpful and sounded like a recorded message. I know the USA does not require the test for entry, all I want to find out if Lufthansa lets us board the plane without it.

    The customer service personnel in Munich are the most rude; unprofessional; and shows absolutely NO compassion when dealing with customers. Their attitude is so bad that reflects a poor image on LUFTHANSA. They don’t know the true definition of “customer service” and needs much training. If I was their boss, they would all be FIRED on the spot
