    I am travelling to Canada from Riyadh through Lufthansa and will transit in Frankfurt for 7 hours. According to the information I have received, the only Covid test center that Lufthansa will accept a test to be done from is Smart Lab, even though my final destination is Toronto Canada, and they accept PCR results from many other test centers other than from Smart Lab. Is this true that your airline will only accept Smart Lab as a test center or are others acceptable?

    The Passports Directorate denied and rejected my entrance after I had checked in. I missed the flight LH 637 to Frankfurt that morning. I tried to use phone numbers provided in vain.
    Kindly, I’d like either getting refund or rebook at my convenient date.

    I got a mail fm Lufthansa sayung that i either need a green pass to fly Riyadh to Frankfurt then Bilogna, or a PCR
    I have green pass, italian, three shot; so, accirding to your mail, no need for PCR
    Italian Embasay says i need PCR
    Airport staff says i need a PCR
    You say no need.
    I filled a lufthansa questionnaire for docs validity, no reply yet
    Lufthansa staff in airport not availabke before 20,00 hours, too late for a PCR, in case need.
    So, can u say finally if i need it or not? Here in Riyadh 15:10
    Still on time for a PCR, but reallt do i hv to soend 80€ for nothing?
