    Dear Lufthansa Team,
    My son lives in San Francisco. He is getting married today, Oct. 26th, and tomorrow, Friday, he and his new wife will be on flight LH455 to Frankfurt to start their honeymoon vacation in Europe.
    When I was once in line at the check-in counter in Frankfurt, a nice lady from the Lufthansa team came and tore my coach boarding card in half and upgraded me to your business class.     My family and I were on flight 459 SFO to Munich on September 4, 2018. I was very disappointed in the lack of organization at boarding time and the fact that the Lufthansa staff was not making announcements in German. I don’t even speak German and I found it preposterous that all announcements wouldn’t be made in German on a German airline. Unbelievable.

    I was your business class passenger (and a United Lifetime Gold card member )on flight 458. I lost my iPad Air 2 with cover in my seat 4C on flight 0458 from MUC to SFO on July 4th, 2019. I have been contacting everyday Baggage Claim 1-877-234-3449 for three days with no results and finally today they suggest I contact Lufthansa SFO office. The iPad was left in the upper seat pocket in my seat in the Business Class Cabin and was probably not easy to spot. It may still be there and not detected by the cleaning crew. I am tired of calling every day. Can someone please get back to me on this lost-and-found request?

    Your customer service line for SFO airport 1 800 645-3880 is clearly a customer avoiding line. I called because United is unable to check me in on LAS airport for the connecting flight LH459 from SFO and I don’t know whether I will have a seat on this flight. Dropped out after 25 minutes in the queue – don’t worry, I won’t call again…
