Not that there is a problem the LH Shanghai office cannot be reached.Only the repeating on convenient extra luggage can endlessly be heard.The office personel can’t be reached even at the 155 Tianjin Rd. Office location.
Overall customer communication is poor both with regular calls and +86400…line does not work.This should not be s level for LH.
M&M cannot be reached since it is linked to the same line.Even with all difficulties LH should show better resemblance to passenger and long term users of LH services.
