A very bad travel experience with Lufthansa! Travelling from Bangkok to Stuttgart vis Frankfurt, the flight was delayed. Then, we were rebooked on train instead of next flight to Stuttgart with many luggages to take care with. The train to Stuttgart was delayed also for another 45 minutes. After a 13 hours flight we were very tired, and we still have to take care of our luggages with very crowd train and limited storaging space! For our return trip back to Bangkok, we had suddenly received messge stating that flight from stutgart to Frankfurt was cancelled, and we were rescheduled to flight with Turkish Airline to Bangkok vis Istanbu. The boarding pass from Istanbu were not print and have to contact the transfer counter at the Istanbu Airport. It was quite difficult to find the service counter and the ground stuffs were very hesitate to provide assistsnce. It was very lucky to get home after finding that some passengers have been stayed at the airport for over 24 hours due to flight delay. So, it will be wise to choice the right airline to flight with for the next trip to Germany, and certainly not with Lufthansa!!!

      Dear Supachai-
as a travel agent- all I can say- that his can happen with ANY Airline- and I trust you
were aware of the special circumstances during the times of COVID ???
Lucky you had an airline that still flew!

I have been trying to obtain an email address of the LH Cargo offices at Stuttgart Airport!
Nobody seems able to give me that information- all that can be found are phone numbers- and they are permanently engaged!
I need an email address so I can enquire from the cargo offices the cost of sending freight from STR to JNB- –
either as regular freight or as unaccompanied luggage!
I hope you can let me have that email address??
