My wife, Carolina Padilla (and two child)flight with Lufthansa to Colombia (HEL-FRA-BOG-BAQ) 2.7.2022. First she missed the last part of trip (BOG-BAQ) due the delay of Lufthansa flight (FRA-BOG). She had to stay one day at hotel in Bogota with two children (1y 4months and 11y).
Then You lost her baggage. She has been without her personal items now 10 days. Lufthansa has completely destroyed her holidays.

Dear Sir/Madam,
On December 13th, 2022, my daughter (Sahsa Moghrabi) travelled from Heathrow airport to Beirut airport via Frankfurt airport. Upon arrival at the airport, my daughter was not able to find her baggage. Airport officials advised my daughter to file a complaints at the airport Baggage Claim desk. The Baggage Claim desk issued a “Property Irregularity form” (“Beirut Airport Baggage reference number BEYLH51149”).
On December 14th, we repeatedly contacted the airport Baggage Claim desk as per phone number listed on the “Property Irregularity Report”. Unfortunately no baggage was received!
Also on December the 14th, we went online at Lufthansa website to check on the status of the Baggage (please see attached “Baggage Online Tracking”). From the attached, we noticed the Baggage has been transferred from Frankfurt to Beirut airport on December 14th, 2022, and with the instructions that we will be contacted accordingly. UPDATE: However, airport officials at Beirut airport confirmed to us that the baggage is still at Heathrow airport in London, UK.
Today is December 19th and till now we have not received the baggage. Please facilitate for the transfer of the baggage whichever airport (Heathrow / Frankfurt) to be delivered to Beirut airport for collection.
Please provide us with the help and assistance with the tracking of the baggage with the tag number shown above.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
