Lufthansa Airlines – CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) Travel updates


Due to the novel CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19), many countries restricted the travel. Lufthansa Flights have been suspended to the following destinations due to CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19)

Due to the spread of the coronavirus, the subsequent decrease of demand and the increasingly restrictive regulations by authorities, all First, Senator and Business Class facilities and First Class services in Frankfurt and Munich as well as all other Lufthansa Lounges in Germany will be temporarily closed as of Saturday, March 21, 2020.

In addition the Lufthansa Lounges at all worldwide destinations will be closed with the exception of London Heathrow and Newark (USA).

Lufthansa Flights have been suspended to Tehran

Tehran

  • Lufthansa Group airlines will continue to suspend flights to/from Tehran until 30 April, 2020.

Lufthansa Flights have been suspended to Erbil

Erbil

  • Lufthansa has been flying to Erbil again since Tuesday, 14 January.
  • Austrian Airlines resumed the Erbil flights on 10 January. All available information was taken into account in the decision.

Lufthansa Airline Refund or Rebooking due to Coronavirus

Passenger who wants refund for the booked flight or rebook the flight on another date, you can contact the travel agent or Lufthansa office directly.

If your journey includes a booked upgrade and you wish to rebook, please contact aĀ Lufthansa Service Center. Customers who booked with a travel agent must contact them for a refund.
