      My son Tanishq Bhaiji with his cousin sister travelling from Indore India to Amsterdam via Frankfurt reached his destination after 2 nights stay in different German cities due to disruption caused by cancellation of his flight LH1002 from Frankfurt to Amsterdam on 17/08/23
      Now his luggage has still not reached Amsterdam even after 5 days. Lufthansa staff at Airport didn’t file the report saying that it would be with KLM as it’s the last airline they travelled with and filed a complaint Both being students are under immense mental pressure and no one is held responsible for this

    I sent a REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION to 2 e-mail addresses of your company due to the delay of the luggage and its arrival in a damaged condition ( and ), but I still have not received an answer.

    In fact, January 28. I flew with the Lufthansa company from Porto, via Frankfurt, to Belgrade (ETKT No. 7246746394511: OPO-FRA Flight LH 1181; fFRA-BEG Flight LH 1406).

    First of all, the flight was delayed by almost an hour.
    When we finally landed in Belgrade – my suitcase did not arrive.
    I immediately reported to the airport service that my luggage was missing (Property irregularity report).

    The next day, January 29, the suitcase was delivered to me, but to make matters worse – with damage: one wheel is missing, so it is impossible to use it in this condition (Lost baggage delivery confirmation and 2 photos of the damaged suitcase).

    Please, could you tell me to which e-mail address and how can I send a request for compensation and receive a response and confirmation that my request has been registered?

    The chat assistant can’t proceed from choice or rebooked flight and sends me back to your website.
    Your call centre is impossible to navigate.
    I have had enough.
    I am minded to call at the service desk at my local airport and try again there.

    I just arrived Hong Kong hotel and realized that I left my whole bag of cosmetics product that I bought at FRA duty free store Heinemann (202 EUROS) with the receipt INSIDE the bag.
    Today: August 4, 2023
    My flight number: LH796 Arrived HK around 3:30pm
    My seat is 10D, I placed the bag on the single opening on the left of seat 10D
    Please help to return it to me. I’ll be in HK airport again tomorrow afternoon if I can pick it that would be great!
