    No way of contacting anyone in New Zealand. Your website isn’t working for a booking- have been trying now about 20 times with 4 different browsers. I have now phoned the 0800 number given- 0800 945 220- about 10 different times. Each time I eventually get through to someone who speaks poor english, and half way through the discussion, they just disappear off the line!!!! I am not being aggressive, just explaining the issue and asking for them to make the booking by phone (as the website instructs me to do!). This would have to be THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I CAN REMEMBER!!!!

    Called Aukland 0800 number at 2pm Aukland time. Selected various options to be told to call back during office hours between 10am and 6.30pm. Which time zone???

    I have used the 0800 number today and cannot get hold of a person…..have used the web site as well, Lufthansa does a very good job at hiding from its customers

    This is a reply I tried to send to a contact from Lufthansa re a mistake on our $50,00 voucher claim

    Thank you for your contact as I was going to contact you people today. As you will be able to see our bookings have been cancelled and the booking number has been turned into a credit against future travel. But we are so distressed about the ability of the Agent (Flight Center) to stay in business that I have asked them for a refund.
    So three questions.
    One. Have you refunded the monies from our air tickets to Flight Center?
    Second. Do we have to use this credit if we leave it as a credit for air travel with your company or just a product supplied by Flight Center?
    Third. Why are Flight Center trying to charge us a $415 refund fee from Lufthansa and $350 from themselves per person. Do you think this is correct?

    We will also complete the form with the correct name and send it back to you.

    I have bought air tickets from Singapore to Belgrade on 13 May 2020 ( LH791 and LH1734) and back on 15 August 2020 (LH1407 and LH778) through your agent Travel2be. As you know due to Covid-19 the flights were cancelled.

    My question is: has Lufthansa refunded my tickets to Travel2be and how can I get my money back???
