I have booked three tickets for 22june 2018 through sg tours and travel and paid rs. 161000 through NEFT and and self cheque he asked for one ticket. He has not paid and informed us tickets cancelled by yoi as he hss not responded to your msg. He again blocked tickets for 26.6.2018 and still not paid. One request if he doesn’t pay can we o that we can board the flight.

I arrived to Dehli Aug 14 2019 at 1 a.m. in the night from Italy via MXP-FRA-DEL. My luggage was lost and many other passengers had the same problem.
In a great confusion we filled the Property Irregularity Report, but now we discover that there Is no PIR number on it and that the document is not signed or stamped.
We called the number written on the document (011 6123 0303), but nobody answers. We asked the luggage to be sent to our hotel in Udaipur where we will stay 3 days. How can we get our luggage after 3 days? How can we contact your office?

I am facing lot of difficulties in booking tickets to Munich from Delhi or munich. Call center ladies not helpful at all. When we send an email they take 12 hours to reply only to say all seats are booked. Most irresponsible or they want to help their agents. We are senior citizens and we are PR of Switzerland. We want two tickets for 2/7 or 4/7. Plz look into the matter and revert back to me. I’m in touch with the regional director of DGCA and also with minister’s office at civil aviation ministry.
