    I have a ticket from Mumbai to Vancouver . I bought this ticket from Air Canada. The flight details are AC 9355 and AC 9101.which is operated by Lufthansa from Mumbai to Frankfurt. I would seek your advise regarding boarding of flight from from Frankfurt to Vancouver. I have a negative RT PCR report from India within 72 hours of the travel from Mumbai. Will it be valid to board the flight from Frankfurt to Vancouver

    Dear Team;
    This is regarding our Baggage lost complaint which we have reported on Thursday but for last 4 days there is no update about this baggage. On your website last 2 days update is of “YOUR BAG HAS BEEN LOCATED. AWAITING ARRIVAL We are awaiting receipt of your bag at the airport” but baggage is not year delivered to given address in Dublin.

    We called at Dublin and Frankfurt airport number but unable to get proper update for last one week.

    Please help us in tracking this bag immediately and it is affecting us very badly.

    Hello Lufthansa,

    I was happy to board Lufthansa from Los Angeles to Hyderabad and it was a pleasant journey but it turned to a total nightmare situation on my way back on 4th April. I had a connecting flight via Mumbai so I was at the Mumbai Airport and after for a long time in the check in line, the Lufthansa crew tells me I cannot board the flight. One of their names is Priyanka, girl in her 20s and another middle aged guy, wheatish complexion and medium height were brushing off people rudely that they cannot board the flight. I told them I am not from this city, what are my next steps and they were NOT helpful at all! They were a real example of terrible customer service and they looked like they truly hate their job for whatever reason. I was in a helpless situation and didn’t know how to proceed and what to do next and my luggage was already checked in from previous flight so they didn’t even tell me when I will get it back. I saw them treating others the same way and I then decided to do something about it and share my experience here. I was at the airport waiting for mt luggage from midnight until next day afternoon with no clue when I will receive luggage as the Lufthansa crew don’t even pick up calls when the information desk at the airport tried to contact them multiple times. I can go on and on about this, but overall, very veryyy bad customer service. Lufthansa needs to train their Staff and take strict action against these bad behavior folks otherwise the reputation will keep going down the drain more and more for sure.
