    l bought an airline ticket from OMIO formerly go euro on the 22nd December 2019 and still have not received my e-ticket from you, travelling Munich to Prague on the 16/07/2020.
    Leaving: 6.55pm Munich Airport MUC
    Arriving : 7.45pm Prague Vaclav Havel Airport PRG
    Date: 16/07/2020
    Ticket: 1 Adult
    Paid: AUD $277.54 total including ticket and service fees.
    My PNR Number is JEVG8V.
    I was told to contact you if l have not received my e-ticket and communicate my PNR number.
    Could you kindly send me my e-ticket as soon as possible.
