    The number you publishd (358 20 358 358) is not the phone number of the LH ticket office in the Helsinki Airport, but somebody answer ffrom somewhere. When I asked the numer to the LH ticket office in the Helsinki Airport they answerd that they don’t have it.
    Fix please this missing information.

    In April 2020 I will travel with my wife to Faro, Portugal and Lufthansa flights HEL – FAO – HEL offer an attractive alternative. We want to take our golf bags with us as excess baggage. It is said on Lufthansa’s websites that these golf bags must be reported to Lufthansa Service Center before our trip. And you give us a telephone number for this reporting.
    But in order to avoid all misunderstandings I want to e-mail this report and receive an e-mailed confirmation from your side. Please advise how I proceed.

    I had booked a Lufthansa flight OS46IP. The reason for that trip was canceled. Hence, I tried to check the refunding possibilities for this ticket. In this connection to the Lufthansa web page, I possibly made some mistakes, because the net informed that my flights were canceled. That was not my purpose in this phase.     Hello I booked a flight to Nairobi from Helsinki and bought AIG Europe insurance as well. When the ticket confirmation came the insurance was not included. I was told to check and contact the customer service as there were some technical problems. On the chat there was only the chatbot which wasn’t of any help. I called the number +358981710037 and stayed on line for 40 minutes without anyone answering. I called again to +35820358358, another 20 minutes without anyone answering. That is a total of one hour without service. Could you please get back to me as the money was taken from my account but the insurance not given.

    Because of some new document that is required, my father was left from flight 3.7. at 06:00 am. Nobody helped him in check in desk, were he was at 04:00 am, the staff just said he has to have that paper, but they didn’t have that document in paper version that would be helped him, but said to him to go to info point. . Otherwise ok, but that was closed, should have been opened at 06:00, which was anyway too late, but he waited till 07:00 when the infopoint was actually opened, one hour late. BUt even them couldn’t help him to get that paper, as it should have been done in internet, but he does not have internet in him mobile. How can it be that your staff in check in dest or even in infopoint can not help the passengers to get to flight??? And for paper, which was not needed for him, but your staff didn’t even want to hear that. Now to get him home, I needed to buy new very expensive oneway ticket, and he waited 8h to get our from Helsinki. And by the way, in Munich to Porto flight, in plane, they gave the passenger that document in paper version to fill in, IN PLANE, not in check in point. And after all, nobody, really, NOBODY even asked or even looked that document. WTF…. give me some contact information where I can give my complain and where I can send the claim. And I want to contact information which works, you phone number are not answered. Really but experience with Lufthansa, I reallly hope you upgrade your customer service level.

    I booked a flight to delhi on customer service for 21st July from Helsinki. I ask a special question at the time of booking if I need negative test for India. She informed that if I am fully vaccinated, I dont need negative test. Accordingly I booked hotel in delhi starting 22nd morning. At Helsinki airport I presented my vaccine certificates but not allowed to board a plane. In spite of multiple requests that I will get my self tested in India at airport if reuired but no body listen to me. I am pensioner 73 year old.
    Please check recorded conversation against my PNR no WHWGO4 in which I asked about test.
    Now I request Lufthansa to investigate this matter.

    I have tried to submit a refund request concerning flights on 22.7.20 and 1.8.2020 from Helsinki via Frankfurt to Milan.
    Due to cancellation, we were not able to fly. Lufthansa did not operate between Frankfurt Milan.

    I have been trying to do the refund request since July and then I was adviced to do it by e-mail. Now I have tried to do it on website.
    The system does not accept a booking code JUE7JZ nor the ticket number 2202301444198 or Ticket number: 2202301444199. The system just sends a message that these bookings do not exist.

    Lufthansa made the cancellation. So it is companyĀ“s duty to correct this.

    I have spent hours trying to contact your service desk plus talking with them.
    I want that you solve this immediatly.

    Lufthansa charged the 30 ā‚¬uro from my credit card accordind the rules of delay payment / cancelled flight.
    Any how I paid the flight , payment happends after 24 hours, but Lufthansa charged the payment 848,87 ā‚¬ from my credit card.
