    The number you publishd (358 20 358 358) is not the phone number of the LH ticket office in the Helsinki Airport, but somebody answer ffrom somewhere. When I asked the numer to the LH ticket office in the Helsinki Airport they answerd that they don’t have it.
    Fix please this missing information.

    In April 2020 I will travel with my wife to Faro, Portugal and Lufthansa flights HEL – FAO – HEL offer an attractive alternative. We want to take our golf bags with us as excess baggage. It is said on Lufthansa’s websites that these golf bags must be reported to Lufthansa Service Center before our trip. And you give us a telephone number for this reporting.
    But in order to avoid all misunderstandings I want to e-mail this report and receive an e-mailed confirmation from your side. Please advise how I proceed.

    I had booked a Lufthansa flight OS46IP. The reason for that trip was canceled. Hence, I tried to check the refunding possibilities for this ticket. In this connection to the Lufthansa web page, I possibly made some mistakes, because the net informed that my flights were canceled. That was not my purpose in this phase. I did not find any possibilities to rectify the situation. Also, there was no telephone number to get help in the situation. So, my questions are: 1) How can I get my ticked back?, 2) What are the refunding possibilities of my ticket?

    It s real big disappointment to deal with Lufthansa, I an use my voucher they gave me but of course when I need to get a new flight, the code is t accepted and no one answers… I TOTALLY DON T ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY! SERVICE IS UNDER THAN BAD…

    Nobody answers the phone +358 981710037 from Lufthansa Service Center which is for customer in Finland. 15 or 20 minutes and nothing. Hence, zero customer service.
