I have been trying to reach the Tallinn office by phone (at 6868-800) from my Tallinn hotel. I get through to the general recording, but as soon as I press a number as requested I get a busy signal. In short, it has been impossible to get through to the office. I wiant to do so to see if I can change my current bookings from Tallinn to London tomorrow (June 4). Please advise.

When do you publish list of cancelled flights due to strike ASAP? Why there is NO information about the strike in your homepage?
Is this a secret? Surprise for customers?? Do you feel it “triggering” to say the truth?

I am disgusted with the Lufthansa Tallinn reservation office. I have been sitting here for the past 1h30 min waiting to get connected to inquire about excess baggage payment and there is no one who takes the call. i am kept on hold listening to the music for about 16 min the first time and then about 21 minutes next time.

I’ve changed my ticket (FLEXIBLE ticket), due to being positive for covid, over this number. On the phone the lady confirmed my changed date and sent me confirmation email with 0.00 EUR balance, ensuring me that there is nothing extra to pay.
When I arrived at the airport on the new day of the departure I was told that my ticket is not valid, since i didn’t pay for the change.
Firstly, my ticket is flexible and is changed free of charge. Additionally with the new regulation due to positive covid any ticket can be changed. But that was not even an issue.

They FORGOT to press a button and make an update in the system that would change my flight.

Did i get compensated? No… Did they care? Not really… at the airport they told me to pay 350 EUR to fly the next day. When I refused to do so, they told me to call the same number. When I did, they told me the above. However, no one offered any compensation or upgrade, a simple Oops Sorry.

When I filed a report, they also told me to call back and ask for compensation. I am on the line now for about 30 minutes… and it is opening hours.

    Useless…

I speak English reasonably well, I understand different accents – Scottish, Kiwi, Australian, different European accents. However, I cannot get customer support from you because in all honesty, these Indians are impossible to understand.
I understand outsourcing and cutting costs but if it means you can’t offer real customer support anymore, it’s time to reconsider. Raise your prices, if needed, but please offer customer support.
