Hello, Lufthansa People –
Why I understand that the current flight situation is a difficulty for everyone, your customer service has dropped to an ABOMINABLE quality. My flight on June 9th WAW-FRA-LIS (booking reference T9MLMS) has been cancelled. Your Warsaw call centre is unreachable (record waiting time so far: 44 minutes). Someone had clearly taken the call, and then decided to HANG UP!!!!!! (most recently – three minutes ago). I have attempted to contact your Customer Call Centre in Germany, where I learned from a recording that nobody can help me with my individual booking now (!!!!!!). I have contacted your online Customer Service for a refund. No response. I have applied for a voucher via your website – all I got was a response that I booked additional services (true – two extra legroom seats), and should contact your Service Centre. So: what in the name of sweet suffering Christ am I to do now?
I will not – repeat NOT – let this go. Of that you can be sure.
Un reachable, Have been waiting for someone to pick up my call for over 30 minutes now and I am still online waiting! Are you guys on a constant coffee break? This will surely be one of the last times I will be using Lufthansa! You have just lost a client for sure and will share this with anyone who wants to use your airline. Lufthansa is a no go!
I am flying to Los Angeles via Munich on May 8th. Warsaw – Munich flight 9094 United Airlines operated by Lufthansa. I have 4 hours in Munich before my connecting flight to LA, United Airlines 8860 operated by Lufthansa.
