Dear MA Srilanka,
As per my travel agent request below, can I request my booking references – OF7LL5 to be re-booked again. Further to my flight cancellation on 25th March, I couldn’t go back to my country (Australia) and really struggling to book tickets with other airlines. Moreover I am finding very difficult with money and welfare to my self and family. I also been advised by my employer that I no longer qualify for more holidays and need to commence my work by 05/05/20, if not I will be losing my Job. I tried to call MAS helpline number several time but no one seems to be answering my call. Could you please advise me at earliest conveniences, many thanks
