    My above-mentioned property irregularity report file number for your attention.

    As the above report has been prepared by Malaysian Lost Property department at Malaysian Airport (From DHAKA to KULA LUMPUR – MH113 Flight – 12 May 2017) – One Big luggage is missing. Malaysian Airport Officer has informed me to contact at Sydney Airport Malaysian Airlines Office.

    On 16 May 2017, Mr. Laki of Menzies Aviation at Sydney Airport did inform me to contact with office after 24 hours. Still I have not received any information about my baggage lost information. I arrived in Sydney yesterday via MH123 flight on 16 May 2017 (from KULA LUMPUR to SYDNEY – 15 May 2017).

    Please assist me about my lost baggage information. Still I have not any response from Sydney Baggage Handle Office. (Tag Number was MH038966)

    Worst experience in regards to customer service ever. I booked online tickets for my family who were traveling from Nepal to Australia. I booked the ticket and on payment option, it was showing me Nepali rupees. Due to the confusion, I call the call center to clarify why it is showing me to pay Nepali rupee while I am going to pay from my card and I am currently residing in Australia. And, I have previously booked a ticket online where I had no problem. The lady on the phone from call center wanting me to pay on Nepali rupee. How could I pay in Nepali rupee when I have an Australian bank card? Also, the online ticket shows the price of $ 819 and in that case she wants me to pay $ 899 if I am paying with her on phone in the Australian dollar. Why would you want me to pay extra for the ticket that is ready to process? All rubbish. When I tried to book online it is not showing me the multi-currency options where I never had problems booking a ticket with any other airlines before. Are you deliberately doing this to rip off customers?
    My suggestion is you should think of long-term and not to create problems while booking the ticket online.
    I believe, such kind of act will not only hinder the trust regarding this airline but now I am considering not to travel onwards with Malaysian airlines.

    I am trying to contact a reasonable responsible person who will respond to my e-mail sent to the Malaysian Airlines baggage handling complaints department about 10 days back about damage to my suitcase when I travelled from Mellbourne to Dhaka (Bangladesh) in February this year.
    There was a generic reply to the e-mail and then nothing.
    Disgusting customer service.
    I am appaled and promise never to fly your airlines and tell everyone how awful your airline is.

    Malaysia Airline has charged me twice for the tickets which cost me 2000 aud x 2. This is ridiculous! What a big amount!! I checked with the bank, the bank confirmed that the Second payment is took from Malaysia airline. I called to centre, they said they did not receive the payment and asked to email to other department!! I have no idea where my money went and nothing I can do!! It’s such a disaster!!
