    Sub: Air Ticket charges debited twice from my Bank account (on 12 March 2018 & 17 March 2018)

    Ref: On-line booking done through Malaysian airlines website using Debit Card; Booking reference No. PBZVLY

    1. With reference to the above, I had booked four tickets on-line using my debit card through Malaysian airlines website on 12 March 2018.Booking Reference no. PBZVLY.

    2. Booking done for 12 April 2018- Chennai (MAA) to Shanghai (PVG) via Kuala Lumpur and for return journey booking done for 24 April 2018- Chennai (MAA) to Shanghai (PVG) via Kuala Lumpur.

    3. Ticket Fares are : Child 1- INR 28610; Child 2-INR 28610; Adult 1- INR 34418; Adult 2- INR 34418——Total = INR 1,26,056. This amount was paid through my debit card on 12 March 2018 []and I received an Electronic Ticket Receipt in this regard.

    4. However, yesterday (i.e. 17 March 2018), there were three unauthorised debits in my Bank account viz., INR 34,418, INR 28,610 and INR 28,610———-Total – INR 91,638 from Malaysian Airlines, the transactions of which were not carried out by me.

    5. In view of the same, I request you to refund the additional amount (INR 91,638) debited by your airlines and oblige.

    Kindly do the needful in this regard.

    None of th ephone nos in India working. It is really difficult if we have to contact customer care in India. Can you please update with correct infomriaotn on phone nos to help the customers.
    Email is not really convenient as they respond after a long time by then the passenger may already flew.
