Expectant mothers can travel before 27 weeks in Malindo Air.
For pregnancies up to 27 weeks
Expectant mothers are required to sign a Release and Indemnity Form to travel with Malindo Air.
For pregnancies from 28-35 weeks
Expectant mothers should provide a medical certificate stated that she is fit to travel and the date the certificate is issued shall not be more than seven (7) days from the scheduled flight departure date. Expectant mothers are required to sign a Release and Indemnity Form to travel with Malindo Air.
For pregnancies from 35 weeks and above
Expectant mothers will not be allowed to travel with Malindo air.

Sir, is there problem at phone today?
Hello, my flight time on the 16th dec 2018, can I change my flight time?
I had flight on 5th may travelling to ,Malaysia from Kathmandu Nepal and on reaching Kul airport i came to know that i won’t receive my baggage for more than 24 hours and imagine i was on my (honeymoon) holiday and have packed my and my husband stuff all in that luggage , so i asked to the malindo air staff at baggage counter what shall i and my husband do as i dont have nothing to wear, eat and also i don’t have my any daily routine items , the malindo air staff give me lost baggage claim slip and told me that i can buy essential items all one pair and email the receipt to [email protected] to claim the money and i have spent about 500 malaysian currency and now what …i didn’t get reply even through email. Very unsatisfied with the service at the first place it ruined my honeymoon and 2nd place i have to do emergency shopping and spend my all money which i would have spent on my holiday packages. you need to face uncertainity with this airline and customer interaction zero level.
Worst service in history of airlines.Very unprofessional staffs and super low quality customer service.we missed our connecting flight from malaysia to ktm because the connecting buses took us to the wrong building and we had only 1 hr transit ,when we reached our gate the flight was gone and one of the staff said the flight took off 15 mins after you flight landed.I had my mom and dad with me.I had to buy new tickets again and had to wait more than 15 hours.
These kind of air lines seeing customer only as money.They are disgrace to airlines.
