Jamais plus!
We had previously requested special assistance for my daughter but on arrival no members of staff seemed to know how to help us. We arrived at the airport on May 2nd for our return flight to Stansted England and we’re sent all over the airport by staff with literally NO KNOWLEDGE or understanding OF OUR SITUATION. They did not know how to help us. . My daughter cannot walk far without it causing her acute breathing problems, palpitations and extreme fatigue! She was so ill by the time we reached the special assistance room, 4 days later she is still suffering. We have only praise for those in special assistance who we eventually found.
This situation is profoundly disturbing and discriminatory. I would like an explanation and promise that this situation will change. Training to urgently needed for all staff.
They took my skateboard desk as well as separated trucks and wheels on a basis it’s all going together and is not accepted. It’s ridiculous. I literally did multiple cities in France as well as Berlin and London and no issue. Many people had this problem and were very much shocked. The guy called Hubsan literally told me: We are not like every city in France and you will not pass this time just because you are a Skaterboi. I was choked by the judgements when I was super polite and travelled everywhere with it dissassembled. Like seriously, how can I injure someone with my skateboard wheels on a plane? I want to know how to get it back or to do a complain. Help is appreciated
