Neos is an Italian airline, headquartered in Somma Lombardo, Lombardy. Neos was established on 22 June 2001, as a joint venture between two tourism companies, the Italian Alpitour S.p.A. and the German TUI Group. Revenue flights were launched on 8 March 2002. In January 2004, Alpitour bought all of TUI Group’s shares, making Neos a fully owned subsidiary of Alpitour no longer affiliated with TUI.

HAND LUGGAGE
- Passengers may bring on board one individual item of hand luggage per passenger.
- There is an 8 kg weight restriction on hand luggage and an restriction of 115 cm (sum of 55x40x20 cm).
- Any carry-on bags exceeding these restrictions must be checked into the hold to ensure both passenger safety and comfort on board.
- Hand luggage must always be presented at check-in for inspection by airport and airline staff to ensure its weight and size comply with restrictions.

An infant is not entitled to the baggage allowance, to carry the pram.
2.Can I carry my two dogs even if travel alone?
It’s depends; it is possible to carry only two dogs in cabin, but they should be divided into two different cage, then each passenger can carry only one dog, while if the carriage is in allowance, then they can be both carry.
3.Is it possible to carry my guitar on board?
YES, in advance and it is not carried any other piece like an hand luggage.
