Very dissapointing service. Wasted my time and money on ringing them. Phone numbers lead to nowhere – can not even call local Alexandria or Cairo office as the phone rings and then hangs up.

Friendly service for the time that they were answering. But unacceptable that an air line cant be reached 24/7! The whole friday and saturday can’t talk to anyone and I am supposed to fly in 4 hours. My ticket was going to be reissued, but i didnt recieve my new e-ticket and no way to ask for confirmation.
