We have checked your web site for contact phone number for your Sydney office but have been unable to access it. We are owed $10,781.81 for cancelled flights to the UK and need to know when the refund will be available. We paid for the flights on 22 January 2019 through Flight Centre and the fare also included segments with Malaysian Airlines (understand you use them for your Sydney connection).

Hi there. My mother had a return flight ticket from Melbourne to Tehran for the last May, which didnt operate. She had booked through a travel agency in Tehran and they told us they will let us know when Oman Air flights from Australia to Iran will start operating again. But after a lot of follow up they said they don’t know and asked us to contact you directly.
Would you please advise when we expect to be able to travel back or if there is any alternative.
