Dear Sirs,
I really hope you can help us. My younger brother and I were flying out to Pakistan on Saturday the 23rd to see a very dear friend of ours, but unfortunately I think he may have misinformed us regarding entry to Pakistan. He was under the impression that for shorter trips to Pakistan we wouldn’t require a VISA. We only realised that we required VISA’s at the departure gate. Of course at that point it was too late!
With that said your staff both at the ticket office and also the flight supervisor we’re so very friendly to us and done everything they could to help. We told them that it was a dream of ours to visit Pakistan and obviously we were very upset when the realisation sunk in that we would be unable to fly without VISA.
We also felt very relieved to learn PIA amazing policy of being able to rearrange after departure, of course for the £110 fee & flight difference. However because we booked with OneTwoTrip.com your ticket office couldn’t access the booking and explained that our travel agent must initiate the change. We tried with them today and they are totally refusing to rearrange our flight. Their explanation: because we booked a total trip with them starting with Flybe Belfast to Manchester they are now basically saying that Flybe policy over rules PIA policy. They then offered €5.73 to both of us which wouldn’t even cover us for our taxi to the airport.
I am writing to yourselves as my last chance to try and resolve something. Is there anything at all PIA can do for us regarding this. With Christmas coming up and young families it may just be too much to pay for the flights in full again. If OneTwoTrip would just change our flights and let us have the same rights as any other PIA passenger, it wouldn’t be so bad. With a heavy heart im appealing to yourselves to see if PIA can do anything for us please.

Mr Naveed Khan was very helpful when reshceduling my families fights due to the coronavirus pandemic. I have always had bad experiences with Travel agents Southall travel who I booked with originally , who was not following protocol when the flights were cancelled for the 27th of March and was rude and arrogant . However when I got in touch with Mr Naveed Khan who kind and reassuring towards solving my problem. He has the best customer care skills I have ever seen and deserves a huge thank you. I was panicking about what would happen due to the cancellation of my families flights but his manners and skills were adapt to resolving the issue. The Quality of work here was exceptional. I was certainly be booking my flights through Mr Naveed Khan and PIA again. A very big thank you to him once again

My mother and I visited the office today ..we were very stressed as we had no idea as to what was going on with my mothers and sisters return ticket to Pakistan ,however the two gentlemen at the office named Asif and naveed were absolutely amazing and helpful ..they gave my mother nothing but positive vibe and made sure we Left with nothing but smiles Alhamdulillah..I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am for Asif and naveeds help today

Just spoke to someone at the Bradford pia branch regarding the flight and all other info about my husbands return from Pakistan.. Very nice.. GENTLEMAN. Unfortunately I did not get his name but his talking skills and kindness shows how hard he works to keep PIA respect.. Keep up the good work whoever you are.. Thanks alot for assuring me nd giving me extra info that I had no knowledge about
I was travelling to Pakistan via PIA on 10 August. I got to boarding and was told the flight can’t go ahead due to a technical fault with the plane. I was asked to return home and come back the next day as the flight will be leaving at 12pm. I got there the next morning, got to the desk to check luggage and ticket and was told no one else can now check through. The plane can only take the first 110 passengers due to the fault yesterday and that the remainder 150 people must return home and rebook their flights. I was given a piece of paper with the details of the Bradford PIA office. Both numbers just ring out, no one picks up. Have tried several times during the day, on different days. What do we do in a situation like this?
