Yes It is available. I availed it for ISL-MAN sector. Ticket was purchased in Apri, 2019 and I travelled in May, 2019. This concession is available only if you purchase ticket from PIA counter.

I am following up regarding my luggage. I arrived in Canada and I am missing one luggage out of my 8 that I had booked. I did not receive bag tags for any of my luggage from Pakistan when I boarded my flight and now my luggage is missing and I do not have tags to trace them. Dear PIA Officials:
Being stranded in Karachi for almost three weeks, I was able to return (KHI – YYZ) on April 02, 2020 by Special Chartered Flight PK – 781, having purchased new ticket. As advised by PIA Office Karachi, refund for unused itinerary (PNR 19HS4R) can be claimed afterwards.
On my return, I contacted PIA office Karachi and was replied, since this ticket was purchased by an agent from Canada so contact them. When I approached that travel agent, they said we are waiting for reply by PIA.
Now I am approaching you to know to whom should I contact for refund claim. How much time will it take, especially under the unending prevailing circumstances when many passengers like me purchased their new tickets on an extremely exorbitant price and some of them are under financial constraints.

My flight of Karachi to Winnipeg in May, 2021 was cancelled due to COVID restrictions, PIA never responded to my queries, Neither rescheduled my flight or refunded my amount. It has been a devastating experience.

We are family of 3 trying to go to Pakistan via Pia, We were tested positive with covid 19 about 1 month ago. Our Doctor is saying that we are not contagious and pose no threat to any one at all. Doctor is willing to write a note for us that due to dead Covid 19 cells in our body, Result of covid test would still show positive for next 90 days starting from day of infection. Other countries and airlines allow to covid positive passengers after quarantine with doctor’s note. I was wondering is it possible to get some kind of exemption for us to travel From Saskatoon to Lahore Via PIA from Toronto to Lahore. We have doctor’s note and we have no symptoms of any kind. We have a huge family emergency in Pakistan that we need to attend to immediately. Can some one help us in this regard. Thank you
