Hi, I am Alex. I lost a pair of used NIKE sport shoes (colorful / multi color) and the shoes are kept in a black Yonex shoes bag (with green colored zip) somewhere around the arrival hall exit gate on 25 Dec 2018, around 7-8pm.

For domestic fight from Penang to JB, can cutlery check in to checked baggage?
Can i know why does the airport feels like it has zero air conditioning?! This is my worst airport experience ever, my flight is delayed and literally every corner in the building feels like sauna room!

We left important international vaccine documents at the check in desk yesterday at Penang airport. The check in staff did not return to us after she checked them and we were distracted by another member of staff who helped us fill out a DPD online.
We urgently need to locate these original documents for future international travel.
We have a local friend who could pick them up and send by courier to us here in Australia..
