I am trying to make an enquiry to Philippine Airlines and all of the advertised numbers are either disconnected or not connecting

I have been trying to contact the local Sydney hotline at 1300-887-822 but have been unsuccessful. The automated message that prompts option #1 and #2, only repeats itself after either option is selected during the call.

    Re: Booking number P4JNNF
Hi PAL, it was so nice for our flight to be re-booked close to the cancelled flight. However, the domestic flight (connecting) from Manila was not taken into account which was in the original itinerary. Can you please advise as if there will be a domestic flight the next day after the arrival in Manila? If not, please allocate me another date which there will be a connecting flight available the next day as I do not have any family in Manila. Thank you.

My booking reference is N83B4U and the flight numbers are PR212 and PR211. As you are the nominated contact office in AustraliaCan you please assist me with the refund request?
