Hi.
I have a flight on January 16, 2020.
2 baggages (23kg each) plus 1 hand carry (7kg)
I have one (1) 32″ TV weighing below 10kg (considered 1 check in bag) and one (1) bag like 23kg plus in weight.
My question is, Can I have my 1 bag exceed the 23kg limit since I only have 1 tv weighing below 10kg?
My house worker Ms. Dulce Costales Mesa was schedule to travel to Philippines (booking reference: MX7FS5) from Dammam to Manila on June 20,2020 flight PR683.
I have received an e-mail indicating the flight has been cancelled due adjustments in flight operations.; however, I did not receive any indication when she can travel. Please clarify when she can travel.
My house worker miss Janet flight was booked since 29/4/2021
They canceled it to the next day
From 12 June to 13 June
and they didn’t send me any email or massage
And they dubbed the price
I don’t have that much money I don’t know wt to do

My flight schedule on July 22, 2021 was canceled by Philippine Airlines, then I passed the information to the Travel Agent here in Jubail Saudi Arabia for new flight schedule, he charges me for the new ticket but I didn’t pay him, isn’t the airline arranging a new flight schedule and I don’t pay anything? Until now he has not sent any update for the new schedule and has not answered my question.
