    Dear pal office management, i want to inquiries regarding my flight ticket rescheduling request and how , because i need to stay one week more longer for my release loan . My schedule is on 20 march and I wanna rescheduling my flight on April 5,2019 and can ask free pay rescheduling flight how ? Then if with pay , and how much ? Thank you for your time consideration..

    I purchased a ticket for mom for June 16th ‘20 via PAL online for Cebu to LAX. Got a confirmation. Days later received an email that the flight is being change for June 17th ‘20 and route would be Cebu-MNL, MNL-LAX. Since my mom is 84 yrs old and will have a hard time doing a connecting flight alone, decided to buy 3 RT tickets for my sisters to aid her to
    Manila. And since I can’t get flight that matches to her Cebu -MNL flight that was suggested by PAL,I have to buy her another ticket to be in same flight with my sister. Now when I call PAL for the moms international ticket, was told that no ticket was issued because the flight is change. Duh!!! Don’t mind the changes but worst part is that they will not issue a ticket for her because they want to cancel it instead. Why? I don’t want a refund I want to be in the flight that you have suggested which is June 17th. I talk to a CSR but it didn’t get nowhere. Work with her for 3 days and she came back with nothing for the PAL upper management did not approved the request and that I should take what they suggest, that is to take the refund. Once again, I DONT WANT REFUND, I NEED MY MOTHER TO BE IN THAT FLIGHT FOR JUNE 17th,’20. This is so upsetting. It’s not my fault that you did not issue a ticket to begin with. You have my money, why did NOT issue a ticket? Now your telling me to get a refund instead??? I need this issue resolved and want my mother to be in that flight once again for June 17th ,20. Already spent a lot of money because you offer things that you cannot provide.
    I need a respond on this issue ASAP pls.
