Good day, I have been trying to call, but the answer machine is only in Bangla which I cannot understand
Missing luggage wrongly tagged in Johannesburg on Sunday, 6 January. Privelidge club nr 531171325, booking reference NF3P5U for business class JHB to DOHA – Dhaka and with biman air to Cox’s Bazar. Only 1 of my luggage arrived 461226, whre 461225 was not my suitcase but against my name. Therefore someone else had my suitcase against their names.
Medium size red hard travel light suitcase with 4 wheels, wrapped in blue plastic had a yellow first class tag on. I am in Cox’s Bazar tel nr +880 1847 326 519.
Please revert on progress to find this suitcase and send it to Cox asap.

My flight was today date 16 March 2:50 am but unfortunately I was getting late because I have been face a major problem on the way and I’m reaching in Dhaka airport at 2 am but that time Qatar airways counter was closed already even I was required by immigration policeman but they are refused in this situation what actually i have to do, i should inform to which office? Even i called so many time to airport office number but no responsible.

Its a matter of great regret that i have just arrived today (11.01.2020) at 10 am to Bangladesh through QR0640.
Unfortunately I have lost my Mobile Phone in the airplane.
The Mobile phone features are as follows:
1. Model: iphone X
2. Color: Black
3. Front glass broken, which is the main feature you can easily identify.
This phone is containing lots of contacts, images and so many urgent necessity.
I will be ggateful if you fond my belongings and feedback me asap.

No one answers calls! No mention of hours of operation.
Also no one answers calls in Tejgao office. Only one person on the desk helping customers at 1:30 pm March 9, 2022. I left my phone number to call me back but no one called back.
Very poor service.
